#Giveaway Sesame Place Family 4pack of Tix Just For You (2 winners)

#SummerMustDo

By Diane Sullivan July 6, 2014

When I think summer, one of the first things that comes into mind is visiting Sesame Place.
This year is especially special for our family since Emily is now seven years old and the tween years will be here much sooner than I would ever want to admit right now. In the meantime, I will just run with the fact that she adores running up to those furry Sesame Street characters for big big hugs! Any parent that has been there can tell you about the pure joy this brings to my heart. Since I have a teenager and an adult child, I know first hand how fast the magical years pass by and I am just ready to make them last as long as I possibly can. Since Sesame Place opened for the 2014 season, we have visited a few times.
Each time we visit it's a totally new experience for our family.
On our most recent trip we had the pleasure of experiencing Cookie's Monsterland for the very first time.
After being a Season Pass Member for many years, I have seen Sesame Place transform for a tiny park to an amazing water park, theme park that everyone is sure to enjoy. Cookie's Monsterland features all dry rides that your child can enjoy alone or with another family member. That is one thing I love about Sesame Place, as a parent you can ride with your child! The rides are made to accommodate both child and parent.
Of course, I had to test out each new ride! Oscar's Rotten Rusty Rockets is awesome. There were plenty of giggles, laughs and smiles. This ride is compact but really packs a punch. It's a whip like ride and super fun!
Captain Cookie's High C's Adventure honestly was my favorite! This ship ride goes in a circle and simulates being the captain of your own ship, waves included! F-U-N! There are a bunch of new rides that you will definitely enjoy!
Along with new rides there is also a new show that replaced Elmo's World.. Believe me when I tell you are going to love it! Elmo The Musical Live is just like stepping into your tv at home. From Elmo and Cookie Monster to Velvet and even the chickens are part of the fun. This will keep your kids entertained from beginning to end. When you step outside after the show you can find matching cookies to the show's theme right at the Cookie's Sometime Anytime Food Market. Along with cookies, you can find healthy snacks, salads, premade food options for grab and go, frozen drinks, popcorn and more.
There is plenty to do and much fun to be had by the entire family at Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pa.
Best part is that Sesame Place is less than two hours from the tri state area! Yay!
Besides the new Cookie's Monsterland there are a million other things to do, shows to watch, day and night parades, water park activities, games of chance, eateries and more. Please don't forget your swimsuit, lotion and a towel when you are heading to Sesame Place. You will definitely want to splash around for part of the day! See you at Sesame Place this summer!
